4L65E RR600 Transmission
Engineered for track day – and every day. Developed in conjunction with Phoenix Transmission Products, the RR600 4L65E delivers super quick, smooth shifts and can handle 600 ft-lb input torque with frequent up/down shifts as well as sustained high rpm.
Our 4L65E transmission proudly features "The Beast," the strongest sun shell on the aftermarket, blueprinted in conjunction with a new reverse input drum for a matched set. Performance wide 2-4 Borg Warner high-energy band provides maximum surface contact. Drum is re-bushed and machined for flat surface contact; anchor points are shot-peened and hardened.
Borg Warner high energy frictions feature 8 clutches, full thickness with real pressure plates at both ends, and a TransGo high-rpm spring pack on the apply pistons to keep them from centrifugally applying at high rpm. We’ve added a billet pump rotor to withstand higher rpm and high pump operating pressures.
Dyno-tested with torque converter. 12-month warranty from date of install. Torque capacity rating based on use of street tires.
