Twist and its technology partners have developed a multi-purpose transmission system for your hot rod or muscle car.  Engineered to withstand 30 minute high rpm/ high heat sessions at the road course, the “RR” will then comfortably cruise home from the track.

There are many good drag race transmissions, but the “street/road race/drag” mandate complicates the performance and reliability equation. The 4L65RR meets and exceeds the complex requirements.

Twist Machine’s manumatic system - transmission, converter, computer, harness, display and paddle shifter work together to handle up to 600 FtLb torque capacity and 6500 rpm. Just as important, part throttle calibration is docile enough for daily use. Automatic mode is perfect for traffic or long distance cruising. And when you’re getting after it, paddle shift mode lets you hold a gear or shift on demand. The 4L65RR is the most developed transmission solution of its kind.
